We seek through prayer and meditation — ASK, SEEK, KNOCK — to improve conscious contact with YAHabah, praying for knowledge of His will and the power to carry it out. FASK40 is the 40-day furnace of this step: Fast, Ask, Seek, Knock, echoing Moshe on Sinai and Yahushua in the wilderness.
The work — Set a daily watch. Fast from one noise. ASK. SEEK in KITVEI. KNOCK until the door that needs opening actually opens.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to YAH.
